Short version: we collect what we need to quote and schedule your lawn, we do not sell it, and it deletes itself after 18 months.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form:

• Your name, phone number and email address, so we can contact you about the job.
• The property address and which yards you want seeded, so we can quote and find it.
• The size band and any add-ons you picked, plus anything you write in the notes.
• Your confirmation that you own or live at the property.

There is no account to create, no password, and we never ask for payment details through this website.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. We do not store your IP address — the abuse protection on our form works from a one-way scrambled value that cannot be turned back into an address. We do not build a profile on you, and we do not combine your details with data from anywhere else.

Who sees it

Phoenix Lawn Pros staff, and nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your information with other companies or lead brokers. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure that runs this site and delivers our notification email; they process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything of their own.

How long we keep it

A quote request is deleted automatically 18 months after you send it. That window exists so we recognize you if you come back next season, and it runs on a timer rather than on someone remembering to clear it out.

Deleting your information

Email team@phoenixwintergrass.com or call (602) 456-1114 and ask us to delete your details. We will remove your quote request and the notification email it generated. If you have already had work done, we may need to keep basic invoice records for tax purposes.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with information already collected, we will say so here rather than quietly updating it.
